What You Think -- You Create

No matter what happens in life, we all have free agency -- the ability to control what we think. When we think negative thoughts, we create a negative energy around us. Imagine what someone looks like who is depressed -- do they exude energy, positive feelings, or motivation? No. Depression includes negative thought patterns which manifests in physical characteristics.

The law of attraction states that "like attracts like" -- which basically indicates that if you dwell on negative things, you will experience negative things in your life. You can choose to think about all of the things that go wrong, the person who cut you off in traffic, the stress at work, conflict with family -- which all generate negative energy and will bring even more negative energy into your life. Or, you can focus on the little blessings in life -- if someone cuts you off, be grateful you didn't get in an accident, be thankful you have a job, be happy you are not alone.

Getting into a pattern of positive thinking will create positive energy and eventually will bring even more good things into your life. You have the power to choose what type of energy you create and therefore what you will attract. It's completely up to you.
