Back to School
This time of year can be stressful -- getting back into school, trying to fit in last minute summer vacations, getting prepared for the fall... Life changes can be great, however make sure to take a little bit of time each day to center yourself. Remember what is really important and allow the little stressors to slide off your back. Life is too short to get stressed out. Take the big changes one day at a time and everything will work out for the best. If you focus on your stressors, you will experience more stress. If you can create the environment you want in your mind, you will start seeing that environment in your actual life. Even 5 minutes of focused meditation each day will produce great results.
